Ideation & Market Trend Research
Centrally located in the San Francisco Bay Area, we're constantly exposed to emerging trends and technologies. A major benefit to this environment is our ability to host a variety of culinary tours geared towards providing our clients access to experiencing food trends firsthand and inspiring new menu ideas. Additionally, our marketing team provides continuous menu trend analyses that are vital in understanding the market today and in making sound recommendations for the future.
Formulation
With over 100 years of combined culinary and product development experience, our team of skilled food scientists and chefs work together during the formulation process. The collaboration and balance of culinary art and food science reinforces our attention to details in the process like flavor, nutrition, application, food service operation, and regulatory requirements.
Commercialization
At our state of the art production plants, the scale up process takes place in an environment where Food Quality and Safety are paramount. Kagome is SQF level 3 Certification, which is the highest certification for global food safety and quality management systems, complying with international and domestic food safety regulation requirements. Because of these high standards of practice and operational expertise with the latest processing technologies, we're able to consistently produce customized culinary sauces with superior flavor, texture, and appearance.
LTOs and Market Tests
Kagome offers our customers an additional feature for customers needing a small production run. Our Pilot Plant was designed to meet the quick turn around and small sample size needed for Market Tests and LTOs (limited time offers).
Product Technical Support
Kagome also provides additional technical services to our customers as requested, including:
